Introduction

This Privacy Notice explains how Muves AI (“Muves,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a software and automation studio based in Miami, Florida, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with this website (the “Site”) and the services we provide. Muves AI acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Site. This Notice applies to visitors of the Site and to individuals who contact us or request our services. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Notice.

Personal data we collect

Data you provide to us. When you submit our contact or audit request forms, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, industry, website address, and any information you choose to include in free-text fields describing your business or your request. If you contact us directly by email, phone, or text message, we collect the information contained in those communications.

Data collected automatically. The Site itself does not run analytics and does not set cookies. However, like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) generates standard server logs in the course of delivering the Site, which may include your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. These logs are maintained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes and are subject to its own privacy practices.

Data from other sources. If we work together, we may collect business information you share with us during calls, walkthroughs, and ongoing engagements. We do not purchase personal data from data brokers.

Purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes: to respond to inquiries and audit requests; to evaluate, scope, prepare, and deliver the services you request; to communicate with you about those services; to maintain business records and administer our operations; to protect the security and integrity of the Site and our systems; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Lawful bases for processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation or similar laws apply, we rely on the following lawful bases: consent, which you provide when you voluntarily submit a form and which you may withdraw at any time; steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and the performance of a contract, where we provide services to you; legitimate interests, in operating, promoting, and securing our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.

Marketing communications

We do not add form submitters to marketing lists, and we do not send newsletters or promotional email campaigns. Our communications with you are limited to your inquiry and any services we provide. Should we introduce marketing communications in the future, they will be sent only with your consent and will include a working unsubscribe mechanism.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site does not set first-party cookies, does not use analytics services, does not use advertising pixels, and does not engage in remarketing. Fonts, images, stylesheets, and scripts are served from the Site’s own domain, so page views do not trigger requests to third-party content servers. Because the Site does not track its visitors, it does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals; there is no tracking to disable. If our use of cookies or analytics changes, this Notice will be updated and appropriate consent mechanisms will be introduced before any such technology is activated.

Sharing of personal data

We share personal data only with the service providers necessary to operate the Site and our business: Netlify, Inc., which hosts the Site and processes form submissions, and Google LLC, which provides the business email service to which submissions are delivered. These providers act as processors and are bound by their own published privacy and security commitments. We do not sell personal data, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Notice.

International data transfers

We are located in the United States, and personal data submitted through the Site is processed and stored in the United States by our service providers. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Our service providers maintain their own compliance frameworks governing international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Use of AI systems

Muves builds automation systems, and we may use AI-assisted tools internally when analyzing the information you provide in order to prepare responses, audits, and deliverables. All business decisions and client-facing outputs are reviewed by a person. We do not use personal data submitted through the Site to train publicly available AI models, and we do not permit our tooling providers to do so on our behalf.

Automated decision-making

We do not use personal data collected through the Site for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice: for the duration of our communications with you, for the duration of any engagement, and thereafter for as long as reasonably required for ordinary business record-keeping, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal obligations. When personal data is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Data security

The Site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are transmitted securely to our processors, and access to submitted data is limited to the two principals of the business. We take technical and organizational measures reasonable and appropriate to the nature of the data we handle; however, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

The Site is directed at businesses and business owners and is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including LinkedIn. This Notice does not apply to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party site you visit.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal data: the right to access the personal data we hold about you; the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; the right to erasure; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (and in any event within 30 days for most requests). We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

Notice for California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), California residents are entitled to certain disclosures and rights. In the preceding twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, and phone number) and commercial and professional information you voluntarily provide about your business. We collect this information directly from you, for the business purposes described in this Notice. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done either in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly collect personal information of minors under 16. California residents have the right to know, correct, and delete personal information we hold about them, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. If you have a concern about our handling of your personal data, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be indicated by a new effective date, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
